NOTE:

Dear Suppliers & Carriers:

Weare experiencing an increase in rock and soil contamination in biomass deliveries. Contaminated biomass with rocks and soil damage our unloading equipment and results in down time and negatively affects the performance of the Cogen Boiler. Please take extra precautions to avoid contamination, when loading biomass. Yard scraping or pond wastes are not acceptable material in any amount.

Payment could be refuse for off spec material.

See is a copy of the biomass specification in Mills sections.

HOGGED VS UNHOGGEDBIOMASS

Dumper #1 and #3 are the only dumpers on which unhogged biomass is to be dumped. We have experienced several cases where truck drivers offloaded unhogged biomass on dumper #2. This causes a blockage, which results in a back up of trucks as well asexpenses and equipment damage. Please ensure that your drivers understand the importance of dumping unhogged aswell as expenses andequipment damage. Please ensure that yourdrivers understand the importance of dumping unhogged biomass #1 and #3 only. We intend to increase our monitoring of these areas concern, and appreciate your co-operation in compliance with dumping on the correct dumper.
